    I checked in at 1 am today morning and i asked i will be checking out late by 4pm as my flight was at 7pm and the receptionist agreed for that , by the time of checkout another receptionist came and he refused that and was very rude by calling intense shouting at my family and my father without any humanity , this is worse very worst situation ever faced in my life. If they told they will charge extra , i would have checked out early .

    Very bad experience not recommended to anyone. Breakfast was like a joke, no tea or coffee bags in the room, was charged extra for ordering tea. The room was not cleaned enough and not at all value for money as compared to the sub standard services they offer.

    The hotel room was untidy, and the blanket and bed were not cleaned properly. It was a disappointing experience

    Breakfast was only as a room service, flush was not working, hot water was not upto the mark, cleanliness was good, location is perfect.

    Very bad breakfast no taste at all the quality of food was so so bad. Also very bad room. The bed was very bad to sleep also it wasn't clean at all. The previous stays couple using stuffs was also there. Blanket n bedsheet was smelling bad pillows was so dirty also when we used that i had itching on my body. So i had to take shower thrice and anti allergic pills. Very very such bad experience. I ll give 1 ratings out of 10.

    Property is not upto the mark, washroom unclean and not properly maintained. Not worth the price. However, food was okay.

    The tv was not working, after repeated request no action taken. They have not given any complimentary water. Charged for everything. We arrived about 90mins ago check in time and waited in lounge area but have to pay rs 1000 extra for early check in
